Surra Arielle 

Surra brings nearly two decades of professional childcare experience to the  Pink Nannies⁠ team, combining her background as a career nanny, household manager, and former kindergarten teacher with expertise in brand strategy, digital media, and industry advocacy. She helps lead the agency’s digital presence, expand brand visibility, and create meaningful connections between families and caregivers nationwide.

In addition to her work with Pink Nannies, Surra is the Founder and Director of Triangle Caregiver Collective where she works to elevate professionalism and build community within the caregiving industry. She is also an active speaker and advocate, having presented at events including Nannypalooza and iNNTD. 

A New York native now based in North Carolina, Surra proudly brings a little East Coast energy to everything she does (along with unwavering loyalty to the New York Mets)! Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, collecting vinyl records, spending time by the pool, and discovering a new hobby every six months.
