As you begin the process of finding the right nanny, you can expect to investment:
- A $500 launch fee to initiate your search
- A one-time placement fee of 25% of the candidate's total gross annual compensation
Pink Nannies candidates seek:
- Generally ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, depending on role, expectations, and location
- Health insurance stipend, paid time off, sick time, guarenteed hours, and continuous education stipend to ensure our nannies thrive in their roles.
Part-time nannies typically work 25-35 hours each week, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Schedules range from 3-5 days each week, whatever best suits the needs of your family. We’ll work with you to determine a set schedule that works for everyone!
Full-time nannies typically work 40-55+ hour weeks, some with varying schedules. While some nannies work standard 9-5 shifts, others may work rotational schedules (ROTA) along with other nannies to provide 24/7 care.
