4.9 rating across 300+ families

We weren’t looking for someone to “help out.” We needed someone who could operate at a high level without constant input. Pink Nannies understood that immediately and introduced us to someone who fit in a way that actually worked.

Executive Family, NYC

We have a demanding schedule and a home that doesn’t really slow down. Most candidates we met before this felt like they needed direction. This was different. She came in, understood the pace, and just handled it. That’s rare.

The Klein Family, San Francisco, CA

We don’t run on a typical 9 to 5 schedule, and that’s always been hard to find the right fit for. This time it worked. She understood the rhythm of our home right away and didn’t need constant direction. That made all the difference.

Michel Reed, Miami

We’ve had help before, but this felt completely different. There was a level of professionalism and ease that made our home feel more settled almost overnight. Pink Nannies really understood what we were looking for.

The Benitez Family, Miami

I needed someone who could keep up with our schedule and also bring calm into our home. That’s exactly what we got. It finally feels like things are running the way they should.

We live a very full life between work, travel, and everything else Miami brings with it. Pink Nannies sent us someone who stepped in and just kept everything moving. The difference in our day to day was immediate.

A truly exceptional nanny placement experience for families who expect more than a transaction. The process was thoughtful, discreet, and deeply personalized, with careful attention to values, household dynamics, and long term compatibility. Pink Nannies is amazing! As a nanny I am so thankful to have worked with such a professional, caring group of experts! The team is great at advocating on your behalf, guiding you through the process and teaching you great resume skills! Their support and guidance has been influential in my professional growth. I felt heard and comfortable during the process. They are very responsive and truly care about both parties. I couldn’t be happier working for the family I found through this agency. I look forward to working with Pink Nannies again in the future and can’t recommend this agency enough.

Pink Nannies actually listened to us. Your questions, answered.

How long does a nanny search take?

Start the search four to six weeks before your desired start date. The process moves through initial consultation, family application, detailed role clarification, candidate introduction, interviews, and a structured three to five day working trial before placement.

What is the typical compensation for a nanny?

Compensation varies by experience, scope, and location. Most roles range from $30 to $40 per hour, with $40 to $50 plus for specialized responsibilities or high-cost-of-living areas. Candidates have at least three years experience, strong references, CPR certification. Part-time roles guarantee 25 hours minimum, full-time roles 40 plus hours. Families act as household employers and handle tax withholdings. We connect you with payroll partners.

What support does Pink Nannies provide after placement?

As she begins, we stay available to support onboarding and communication as routines settle. Early weeks focus on clarity, comfort, and establishing steady daily rhythm. We stay connected with your family and your nanny so expectations feel aligned and the transition into long-term employment feels natural.

What does a nanny's role include?

Her primary responsibility is childcare and maintaining your child's environment. Organizing children's spaces, preparing meals, child laundry, child-related errands. That's the job. If you need broader household management, we talk about a hybrid nanny/family assistant role or a household manager instead. Role clarity protects longevity.

How are candidates selected?

Candidates come through referrals, national nanny conferences, university networks, International Nanny Training Day events, and targeted outreach. We thoroughly interview, verify references, document feedback, and review experience before presentation. Formal background screening happens at working interview or contingent offer stage. We present professionals, not applicants.

Do families act as employers?

Yes. Families serve as household employers and manage tax compliance. We recommend connecting with payroll partners to handle withholdings and legal compliance properly.
