Born in Salta, Argentina, Natalia brings a global perspective and multilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to her role. Originally trained as an English teacher, she developed an instinct for structure, clarity, and reading the room skills that now translate seamlessly into managing complex placements across regions and time zones.

Whether coordinating confidential documentation or guiding families and candidates through next steps, Natalia has a way of making even the most intricate processes feel organized and manageable.
