Hannah is a key member of the Pink Nannies® team, valued for her discernment, clear communication, and ability to guide families through important hiring decisions with confidence. With a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a background in early childhood education, she brings both professional insight and practical judgment to every search she manages.

Before joining Pink Nannies®, Hannah worked as an Instructional Leader and Curriculum Developer across multiple school districts. She led academic initiatives, strengthened onboarding systems for families, and coordinated communication across diverse parent communities. This experience gives her a strong understanding of child development and family dynamics, allowing her to identify caregivers who function naturally within a household — not just meet qualifications on paper.

She lives in Cleveland with her fiancé and their cat, Peanut. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and reading.
