Michaela joined the Pink Team in 2021. With over a decade of experience as a nanny, newborn care specialist, and pediatric sleep consultant, Michaela is passionate about helping nannies and families find the perfect fit!

Michaela ensures we represent the best of the best! She is one of the first friendly faces our nannies meet when they initially interview with Pink Nannies. She has a passion for helping others and views everything with an open mind, which puts her in the ideal position for matchmaking with families.

Michaela earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. In her spare time, you will find her teaching/practicing yoga, hiking, bike riding, traveling, participating in outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends. She is happiest when she is near a body of water!
