FOR NANNIES
Finally feel like the professional you are.
We know how it feels to be mis-labeled as a “babysitter.”
Or to have someone ask when you’re going to get a “real job.” The unfortunate truth is that not everyone
understands what it takes to be a top-tier professional in this industry.

This public misunderstanding goes far deeper than just looks and comments: it means being paid less than you’re worth. It means unfair labor practices, like unpaid overtime or being laid off without severance. It means no consideration of benefits or vacation. It means wondering if you’ve been paid legally or if you’ll be paid on time. Frankly, it means taking low-paying jobs and being taken advantage of. You shouldn’t have to stand for that.
And you shouldn’t have to do it alone.
With Pink Nannies, you’re always treated with respect.
What many families don’t realize is that it’s best for everyone involved to offer competitive compensation packages and to follow not only the laws, but industry standards and best practices. It not only protects you as a professional nanny, it lays the groundwork for a long-lasting relationship with the family, benefiting them and their children in the long-run.
We will have your back.
We do the work of educating families on the benefits of following guidelines and paying well long before you are introduced to them – so that you won’t have to.
We will also support you in having professional, respectful conversations with your employers when miscommunications and misunderstandings arise.

When parents consistently come home late
